One deep dive + written notes within 24h. $500–$750 flat (or equivalent in credits).
Advisor (Equity)
1–2h/mo, async access, selective intros, quarterly focus blocks. 0.25–1.0% common, 12-mo vest, 3-mo cliff.
Advisor (Cash)
Same scope when equity isn't feasible. $2–3k/mo.
Founder Coaching
Leadership, narrative, decision-loops. 60 min every other week; $250/session.
What I do
