&lt;p&gt;Published in &lt;em&gt;Nature&lt;/em&gt; (DOI: 10.1038/s41586-022-05028-x), this paper from Gavin Wright&amp;rsquo;s lab (Wellcome Sanger Institute) and Berend Snijder&amp;rsquo;s lab (ETH Zurich) presents the most comprehensive map to date of direct protein-protein interactions across human leukocyte surface proteins. Using a high-throughput surface receptor screening method, the team systematically tested interactions across a recombinant library covering most detectable surface proteins on immune cells — producing a quantitative protein interactome for the human immune system.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
